Guest Accommodations

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -During Peak Season, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, Standard Guest Rooms require a three night minimum stay and Efficiencies require five nights minimum. Weekends during Spring and Fall require a minimum of two nights. Neptune Festival, Sept 27-30, requires a 3 night minimum for all rooms. Exceptions to these minimums can only be made over the phone when availability allows, 800-425-0612.
